Robin Jones Gunn writes my favorite series about Christy Miller. The start of the series is when she is 14 and  moving from the mid-west to the sunny beaches of southern California. This book is the 1st in a 3 book series about Christy and her boyfriend Todd and they continuation of their love story. This book is for free download on Amazon. As You Wish, is book 2 in this series. Christy has come back to southern California, enjoying her junior year of college with all her friends, and finding out just how serious her relationship is with Todd.

I Promise, the last book in the series, is the coming together of Christy and Todd. Graduation from college, getting married, and Todd's car accident add to all the stress in the last book. Everyone has advice and "help" to give Christy as her wedding day approaches, can the stress and advice help them as a couple of make them break up for good?


I'm telling you this is one of the best series EVER! If you have teens or collage age girls, this is a great story to read and fall in love with these characters.

Out of Control by Mary Connealy

Out of Control is book 1 in the Kincaid Brides series. Julia Gilliland loved the outside world around her. She is out hiking through some caves when someone pulls up her rope and keeps her trapped in the caves. Rafe Kincaid owns the land in and around the caves and as he is out looking at the caves and comes to the rescue of Julia.

This is an okay read but it is free for Kindle on Amazon so I thought I would point that out. Most of Mary Connealy's books are much better but this is still a funny story about 2 people who have different passions but still fall in love....
